Web Enrollment
Enrollment is fast and easy with our Web enrollment process. Based on the employer's preference, employees can complete an online application and either submit it online or print and then mail a hardcopy.
Debit Cards and Check Writing
Offering accountholders a fast and convenient method to pay for medical goods and services, debit cards allow funds to be directly withdrawn from the HSA. Accountholders can also access funds through our check writing service. Convenience checks are available upon enrollment, with Open Solutions fulfilling additional check orders as required.
Contribution and Disbursement Management
For accountholder convenience, contributions can be made in a variety of ways, including deposits via check, wire transfer, automated payroll deduction, automated employer contributions, and ad hoc or repetitive transfers. Fund disbursements are supported through check, ACH and debit card use.
Account Access
Customers can easily access their account information on the Web, through Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or through Open Solutions' call center. Each method provides real-time information regarding the account's current balance, available balance, history and service requests.
